The Plan - Part III - Fort Dodge to Mini Wakan SP (or Mini Wakan SP to Fort Dodge)

The final part of the journey will take place in July 2021 and complete the journey along the Des Moines River in Iowa. At the time of writing (March 2021), the plan is still indeterminate. I know that the stops will include Fort Dodge, Humboldt, West Branch, Emmetsburg, Estherville, and Spirit Lake. However, I will make final decisions about route and date following the successful completion of Part I.
